Fumie Takayama is Japanese and she lives in France for 18 years.
She’s cooking local and organic and product from her vegetables garden during summer and autumn. She also grows Japanese vegetables such as soy beans and shisos. She uses biodegradable packaging.
In the off-season, Fumie can work with you as home chef or she can give Japanese cooking lessons in your home.
