Denys Pradelle lived in this house with his family when he moved to Courchevel in 1946 to oversee initial work on the new resort.
The architect was one of the pioneers along with Laurent Chappis (architect-urban planner) who contributed to the creation of Courchevel (1850), a project which was lauched by the Savoie region in collaboration Saint-Bon politicians.
