Since 1982, the Derby du Roc Merlet has been thrilling Courchevel Moriond with spectacular runs and a unique festive atmosphere.

The Roc Merlet Derby, organized by the Courchevel Moriond Ski School Association since 1982, is a not-to-be-missed event that combines sport, local traditions and festivities.
The race starts at the top of the Col de Chanrossa (with or without masquerade costume) for an exhilarating descent to the Courchevel Moriond snow front, marking the close of the ski season.
In addition to the race, the day will be punctuated by a variety of events, including food stalls, a tombola, demonstrations of technical equipment and ski tests. A music stage set up on rue des Marquis will host concerts throughout the day, with a prize-giving ceremony at 7pm and a musical finale until 9:30pm.
