The highest point of Courchevel, Courchevel 1850 is the largest of the six villages. Overlooked by the mythical Saulire and the Rocher de la Loze , it is the starting point of many hikes, from the easiest to the most aerial. Courchevel 1850 is also home to the highest via ferrata in France, the Croix des Verdons. However, you don't need to be an extreme sports fan to go to the top: the Saulire cable car takes you to an altitude of 2740 m! If you prefer cycling, you will find the ideal route: DH, enduro and road biking, Courchevel is a paradise for two-wheel enthusiasts! In the centre of the resort, take a walk through the streets, there are always good deals to be found in the shops.
