Forest bathing, or sylvotherapy, or Shinrin Yoku (how the forest heals us), is the healing power of trees and nature.
Reconnect with your nature and nature itself.
During a session, Véronique will immerse you in the forest to awaken all your senses, to feel anchored, strong and vertical, and to meet your inner tree.
In contact with the forest for around 2h30, she'll help you relax and let go. Let the trees touch you
Each participant is invited to bring in a small rucksack:
a cup for the herbal tea ceremony, a bottle of water, tissues, a sheet of paper or notebook and a pencil, a square of cloth (fouta type) or something else to sit on in the forest.
Bring soft, warm clothing and shoes suitable for walking.
