Discover winter adventure in the heart of Peisey-Vallandry with the ‘Barmont- Charmettes - Rêches - Villaret’ route. This promising route, reserved for experienced red skiers, invites you to explore the splendour of the snow-covered mountains on snowshoes. Take the Barmont route from Vallandry and plunge northwards.
Shortly after passing through the charming hamlet, take the forest track down to Les Charmettes at an altitude of 1,449 metres, where you'll be greeted by a magnificent cross pattée adorning the lintel of a ruin. Depending on the time you have available, the adventure can intensify as you descend into the heart of the Alpine panoramas until you meet the route that winds its way up through the woods towards Rêches and Villaret.
Winter sports enthusiasts will be delighted by these routes, where animals are also welcome. The route perfectly combines physical challenge and natural beauty, offering an outdoor experience not to be missed.
