Take your time to link the Base Aqualoisirs de Seyssel and Conjux located on the banks of the lake of Bourget. After a bivouac in Chanaz, you will be on the canal of Savière to go on the biggest lake of France.
You will navigate on the Rhône in the middle of the Nature 2000 reserve to go to Chanaz located along the canal of Savière where you will spend the night. Then, you will go on the lake of Bourget. This descent that lasts 2 days will make you discover a protected area in the heart of a natural reserve where you may see a lot of birds as well as the beaver from Europe.
In Chanaz, you will discover a savoyard village with chalets on stilts. This town is called "La petite Venise Savoyarde". You will spend the night in the campsite of Chanaz before going on the canal of Savière which will take you to the lake of Bourget, the biggest natural lake of France. You will also discover the majestic abbey of Hautecombe.
