From 01/07 to 31/08 from Monday to Saturday.
Departure at 8 am for the introduction sessions or at 12 pm for the big runs.

Discovery descent: 1h30. Big descent: 2h30. Beginners or initiated. Know how to swim and like water. Technical equipment provided. Bring a pair of spiked trainers for the water, a swimming costume, a towel and a change of clothes including trainers. Meet at the Versant Nord shop in Thônes 10 minutes ahead of time with your own vehicle.

Big canyon: 78 € (including 12 € for equipment rental).
