The forest is an exceptional environment and throughout this walk, you will have an opportunity to explore the north side of the valley, enjoying extraordinary views of Mont Blanc and the Beaufortain massif.
Walkers, you're about to embark on a trail that passes through environments where the hand of man has intervened in a variety of ways, resulting in an alternation of urbanized sites and forests. 9 theme panels have been installed along the route:
* the ruisseau des Bâches: controlling erosion
* the reach or tamed open water
* silviculture: the art of cultivating the forest
* forest sentinels
* panorama: the mountains that surround us
* a brief history of the resort
* landscape evolution
* trees in the mountains
* the limits of the forest
