Se garer au parking de la Matte sur la route de l'Envers du Chinaillon . Emprunter à pied sur 150 m la route de l'Arbelay qui part à droite puis suivre l'itinéraire 24 qui monte à travers champs puis en partie en forêt avant de déboucher sur le plateau du Rosay, cœur du domaine skiable alpin. Beau point de vue sur le parcours. Le retour se fait par le même chemin
