Bonneval-sur-Arc welcomes La Grande Odyssée Royal Canin. Dozens of sled dog teams arrive from the Oratoire to cross the Old Village, where a number of activities await you.
Over the years, La Grande Odyssée Royal Canin has established itself as the meeting place for the elite of mid-distance mushers.
Stage 7, Bessans - Bonneval-sur-Arc - Val-Cenis polar base, will support the Allianz Trophy.
The mass-start on the vast Bessans plateau is a must-see. The teams set off in a single line, with dozens of dogs stamping their feet, ready to fight it out to be the first to reach the end of the plateau.
This stage also passes through the neighboring resort of Bonneval-sur-Arc before arriving at the Col du Mont Cenis, at an altitude of 2,000 meters.
A great spectacle, with free entertainment in the start village.
