Growers of wheat and aromatic plants for 20 years, Valentin père et fils transforms their crops into :

- Flour from its stone mill

- Essential oils through a local distillery

Converted to the production of soft wheat, using sustainable agriculture on an 80-hectare site, we transform the wheat into flour under the brand name "le grenier de la vallée", using our stone mill for artisanal production right on the farm.

Today, thanks to total management of all the production stages, we are able to offer you 3 types of flour:

- T80

- Complete

- the integral (with small and large bran)

These 3 types of flour are available:

- 2kg bags, ideal for display in your store

- 25kg bags, ideal for production and bulk sales

We have also launched the production of 3 lavender and lavandin essential oils under the name "La châteaunevoise".

Our lavender and lavandin plants are grown and processed on our own farm.

We sell to certain supermarkets within a 30km radius of the farm, but mainly to local producers' stores and grocery stores. If you'd like to pick up your product on site, don't hesitate to give us a call and drop by the farm. Alternatively, you can have it delivered via Click'n'Drôme."
