The Lorette farm has existed since 1919. For several generations, the Lorette farm has contributed to the development of the mountain cheese markets. In parallel to this activity, they have their own point of sale in a cheesery at the entrance to the village.
Production et affinage : sur le site même de l'alpage, quelques mètres séparent la cave d'affinage du lieu de traite.
