On the "Fitness et Bien-être" piste, developed in association with specialists, everything is planned to allow you to put together you Health & Wellbeing prgramme.
You'll find zones differentiated by profile: FLAT, UP, DOWN and FLAT DOWN. Signs at the entrance to each zone provide technical and effort-management information to help you get the most out of Nordic skiing.
Three user categories have been defined according to fitness levels. It's up to you to choose the right category and progress at your own pace, without any notion of ranking or competition.
If you're not athletic: Fitness.
You're active: Keep fit.
You're sporty and trained: Progress.
Ski according to the advice given on the signs at the edge of the piste. You'll find the color corresponding to your category for both skating and cross-country skiing.
