An easy walk from Montchavin with beautiful views over the valley and beyond to the Beaufortain mountains.
At the entrance of Montchavin, walk up 100m in the direction of Les Coches and take the righthand signposted footpath "La Pierra"
Follow this level track through clearings and the forest.
After 45 minutes easy stroll, you'll arrive at the large field with several ruins of old mountain chalets.
To ensure the walk remains easy, retrace your footsteps back to Montchavin.
