Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Equipment required: Sports or hiking shoes or rubber boots. Picnic lunch (for expert cavers) or a few energy bars, a small bottle of water. A lanyard for eyeglass wearers (contact lenses preferable). An elastic band to tie up long hair.

Franck, an attentive instructor, will take you on a true inner adventure: the sporty exploration of a cave in the Bugey mountains. A caving experience to be enjoyed together, to surpass your limits in complete safety and share unforgettable moments.
With Franck's expert guidance, you'll discover an incredible natural environment in the safest, most comfortable conditions. You'll wander through galleries adorned with concretions of a thousand shapes, and cross shafts using ropes and harnesses. If you're lucky, you might even come across the cave's inhabitants: sleeping bats and cavernicolous insects just a few millimeters long.
