Take off from Plan de l'Aiguille

Flight conditions :

Interesting site rather from late morning until evening. Thermal and thermodynamic breezes, or light westerly weather flow.

Dangers/difficulties :

- As soon as the conditions are thermal, a good experience is necessary, the breeze can be sustained at takeoff.

- Cable car power cables on the left as you leave the takeoff.

- Cable car cables on the right as you leave the takeoff

- The takeoff was completely redone and grassed over in the fall of 2007. Please respect the areas that should not be trampled in order to encourage the growth of the grass.

Landing : Bois du Bouchet. The landing is not visible from the take-off: think of spotting it before going up.

Specific regulations: the site is forbidden to take off and fly over in July and August by ministerial order.
