The small village of Innimond is located high in the mountains above Lhuis. It is a haven for paragliders, hikers and mountain bikers. It can also accessible by car and gives some spectacular views of Mont-Blanc and Belley.

The commune of Innimond lies between an altitude of 900m and 1,217m and includes the highest point in Southern Bugey, Mollard de Don. The area is much admired by lovers of the great outdoors and in the Col du Petit Perthuis at an altitude of 1,000m there is an observation table that gives a magnificent panorama over the surrounding mountains and the countryside below. It is possible to traverse the col on foot, by bicycle and it also makes a lovely drive.
