Arv'vélo - secteur Sallanches - VTC et VTT

This route follows a section of the Chamonix-Léman cycle route offering a picturesque experience.

This route uses dirt and gravel paths and is therefore recommended for VTCs and mountain bikes. Another route is proposed for road bikes.

Numerous stages punctuate the route, notably in Sallanches, where it is possible to visit the Bourg de St Martin with its Old Bridge, listed as a Historic Monument, and its baroque church.

Further on, a pleasant stop at the edge of the Ilettes lakes allows you to enjoy swimming and contemplate the surrounding landscapes.

Then, further downstream, is the famous Arpenaz waterfall, whose impressive fall reaches 270 meters.

The circuit continues to Contamine sur Arve, crossing the towns of Magland, Cluses, Thyez and its lake as well as Bonneville for a total distance of approximately 50 km.
