1 m40 tall minimum. Departure point according to the chosen via ferrata, ask for information. Technical equipment provided. What to bring: mountain boots or good trainers depending on the via, appropriate sportswear, small rucksack with water and a few snacks (cereal bars, etc.), a picnic if the via is a day trip, sunglasses, sun cream, thermal layer for the top and windbreaker.

For more detailed information guide service office hours at the Tourism Office are from 18 PM to 19 PM, in July and August.
