"Without passion, there can be no elevation" The Michelin-starred chef from Vonnas has turned the idea of an environment to match his gastronomy into reality: some thirty houses transformed and embellished around the original restaurant, for unrivalled moments of pleasure.
An interpretive trail entitled "Vonnas and its past - 150 years of history, the evolution of a village" lets you discover the history of the Blanc family and the evolution of the different places and businesses in the village (the café - grocery store - restaurant, the lemonade factory, the hardware store, the blacksmith's workshop, the market square, the Villa Elisa Blanc, the Maison Blanc...).
