A regenerating and beneficial walk thanks to techniques and movements combining yoga-therapy, breathing, Qi Gong, bio-dynamic relaxation and meditation. The aim? Achieve a state of relaxation and let go for optimal rejuvenation. This is an outing where you'll feel free to walk (consciously), to breathe, to exchange (with the surrounding nature and with Thierry), to be with yourself as you are at each moment. And, very importantly, in a world where speed and competition take precedence, here you'll be giving yourself all the time in the world, without holding back, without trying to achieve anything, just being there as you are.
