Nordic skiing allows you to work all your muscles gently. The Peisey-Vallandry ESF instructors.
They offer you the two techniques that exist in cross-country skiing:
Skating: a technique similar to roller skating or ice skating on the smooth surface of the track.
Classic cross-country skiing: skiing with a hold under the sole in the parallel tracks of the piste.
At Peisey-Nancroix, one of France's most beautiful ski resorts, come and discover or improve your Nordic skiing techniques in the company of our instructors, who will give you sound advice on how to improve your technique.
