Situated at the foot of the Bérold tower, this church is one of the symbols of the valley. Now desecrated following the creation of a church more central to the village, it now serves as a cultural center for exhibitions, concerts...
Baroque in style, it is attached to a presbytery. Occupied since the High Middle Ages by a former priory, the present church was built between 1674 and 1677.
The altarpieces date from the early 18th century. The gallery was added in 1712. The bell tower spire was rebuilt in the 19th century, following its destruction by French revolutionaries.
The paintings on the walls and vault are the work of Antoine Gautier, an artist originally from Saluces, and were renovated in 1902.
