The Haute-Maurienne is particularly well supplied with climbing cliffs. To rediscover rich and varied sensations in an original and disconcerting environment, verticality, dare to climb in a natural site!
Climbing is practiced almost all year round (small break during winter), subject to good weather conditions.
The sensations provided by rock climbing are much richer and finer than those provided by an artificial structure.
The Savoie-Maurienne Guides Office offers:
- Climbing sessions: initiation, advanced training for children, adults and families: 2 or 3 hour sessions allowing you to discover outdoor climbing or to improve yourself thanks to the advice of our state-certified professionals.
- mini climbing courses: for beginners and little ones, 3 sessions of 2 hours. Improvement courses: 4 sessions with an initiation to multi-pitch climbing on Friday. Courses for families: 3 sessions of 3 hours à la carte (climbing, via ferrata, alpine course…).
- multi-pitch routes: learning climbing techniques over several lengths is accessible to all. For the day and half a day, on walls from 60 meters high, we make you discover the mountain by climbing.
