Instructors have a National Ski and Alpinism School qualification and their aim is to share with you their passion for snowsports in a safe environment. Share with the ESF an unforgettable and rewarding experience in the world’s largest ski area: Les 3 Vallées®.

In both group and private lessons clients can expect learning, exploration and challenge, in a friendly atmosphere! Whether you’re in a family group or with friends, the ESF instructors are committed to providing quality technical instruction, whilst at the same time letting you into the secrets of their mountains.

THE LESSONS

- The Piou-Piou Club: FIRST SLIDE ON SNOW FOR LITTLE ONES OF 3 YEARS OLD

Our qualified ski instructors are delighted to welcome your little ones in our Piou-Piou Club for their first steps on the snow.

Thanks to our pedagogical project "Les Aventures de Piou-Piou", children will learn and have fun at the same time all in a safe environment.

Surrounded and guided by esf Courchevel La Tania instructors and supervisors, your children will experience, in a secured area, the thrills of sliding.

The programme is established with respect to the children's rhythms. The time is divided between discovery of the snow and mountain environment, learning to slide with the help of Piou Piou and his friends, snack break, fun games and activities.

In the kindergarten, the equipment is adapted to children: magic carpets (conveyor belt) and welcoming mascots.

- Group lessons for children 4-12 years old from Piou-Piou to 3rd star level: half day (9.15-11.45am / 9-11:30am from 09/02/25) or afternoon (2.15-4.45pm / 2.30-5pm from 09/02/25 to 08/03/25 / 2-4:30pm from 09/03/25 to 11/04/25); full day = morning + afternoon.

- After the 3rd star level, join our Team Etoiles course: from bronze to gold star level. Half day all winter (9.15-11.45am / 9-11:30am from 09/02/25) or afternoon (2.15-4.45pm / 2.30-5pm from 09/02/25 to 08/03/25 / 2-4:30pm from 09/03/25 to 11/04/25). Full day during Christmas & February holidays = morning + afternoon

Required level: minimum 3rd star.

- Competition group from 8 to 12 years old: Half day all winter (9.15-11.45am / 9-11:30am from 09/02/25) or afternoon (2.15-4.45pm / 2.30-5pm from 09/02/25 to 08/03/25 / 2-4:30pm from 09/03/25 to 11/04/25). Full day during Christmas & February holidays = morning + afternoon.

Required level: Gold star.

- Group lessons for teens/adults from 13 years old from beginner to confirmed: morning 9.15-11.45am / 9-11:30am from 09/02/2025, Sunday or Monday start, throughout the season and during February French school holidays: midday 11:30am-2pm, Monday start for 5 days.

- Team Rider course for teens 10-17 years old: half day afternoon 1.45-4.45pm (2-5pm during February & Easter holidays) or full day 9:15am-4:15pm (9am-4pm during February / Easter holidays) Ski level required: Silver star. Open only during French school holidays. Monday start for 5 days.

- Competition lessons for teens: open during French school holidays. Half day (9.15-11.45am / 9-11:30am from 09/02/25) or afternoon (2.15-4.45pm / 2.30-5pm from 09/02/25 to 08/03/25 / 2pm-4:30pm during Easter holidays). Full day during Christmas & February holidays = morning + afternoon.

Level required: Gold star.

- Small Group: from Flocon to 3rd star level and Small group Team Etoiles: bronze to gold star (group size: 7 children maximum), open during French school holidays only: morning 9.15-11.45am / 9-11:30am from 09/02/25.

- Snowboard lessons: discovery level, open only during French school holidays, afternoon 2.15-4.45pm (2.30-5pm from 10/02/25 to 07/03/25 and 2pm-4:30pm during Easter holidays).

Monday start for 5 days.

- For children (3-12 years old) who are enrolled in half or full day group lessons: a meal option is available from 11.45am (or 11:30am to 2 pm.

- Private lessons of 2, 2.5, 3, or 4 hours or full day (ski, snowboard, ski touring, off-piste...).
