A lake located at an altitude of almost 2300 meters with a view of the Vanoise summits, at the foot of the Aiguille du Fruit.

We take the direction of the Chalet des Creux, to the 2110m approximately.

One continues in direction of the Col du Fruit. We pass just below the arrival of the chairlift of Gravelles, and below the chairlift of the Aiguille du Fruit.

We are on a balcony path. We are in the direction of

the Aiguille du Fruit (3048m) and the homonymous pass (2516m).

The path is very well marked. We take advantage of the view on the massif of the Grand Bec, sprinkled with a disturbance of July 14th, 2008 (hike made on the 16th), we can see also the Grande Casse, as well as Bellecôte and the Mont Pourri which exceeds of this one.

We arrive finally at the lake, which as its name indicates it, is situated in a pretty hollow, beside the chairlift of the Creux Noirs.
