As a shrine to dramatic art for more than two centuries, it is a stunning example of an Italian theatre with its horseshoe shaped galleries, its red and gold colour scheme. It now offers a variety of theater plays as classical and contemporary.
Built in 1972 on the vestiges of a Celestine monastery, it has been the temple of theatrics and the dramatic performances.
A theatre boasting a capacity of 1030 people with a 170-seat room (la Célestine).
