A modular space offering playful access to the works of France's leading museums, thanks to the Digital Museum, the heart of the system, featuring over 3,200 digitized works.
the 3,200 digitized works come from the network of 205 partner cultural establishments.
The Micro-Folie® project is a local cultural facility supported by the French Ministry of Culture and coordinated by La Villette in conjunction with 12 national founding establishments, open to the public from Monday to Saturday.
Micro-Folie® also offers complementary activities to the Digital Museum, such as a FabLab, a Virtual Reality space, a stage, a Café Folie (café, library, games library)... It is conceived as a local cultural structure, widely open to support local initiatives and make them visible.
