Individual therapeutic care

My qualifications: Naturalist Mountain Leader, Yoga Teacher, Sophrology Practitioner, Cardiac Coherence Practitioner, Access Bars® and Access Consciousness Body Process Practitioner, NERTI Master Practitioner (Rapid Emotional Cleansing of Unconscious Trauma) and Fluid Mechanics Engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Hydraulique et de Mécanique de Grenoble. My vision of care: as far as I'm concerned, each patient is unique, and based on this reality - and the many therapeutic tools I possess thanks to my qualifications - I propose a holistic approach to patient care. I use the definition given by the World Health Organization (WHO), which defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". Health is thus considered in its entirety. It is associated with the notion of well-being. In this way, I practice a form of "holistic health", which simply means overall health. It focuses on the individual, with all his or her facets, and not on a particular ailment. To regain or maintain health, it's not enough to tackle physical problems alone. So, in the course of the treatment, we'll start by assessing the health of your Autonomic Nervous System (including your stress level) using the two cardiofeedback software programs I own: the Heart Tracker and the B.H.A (Body Health Analyzer). At the end of the session, we'll also take measurements with these two programs: this will enable me to assess the impact of the treatment on your physiology.

Between these 2 essential steps, the path I take during the treatment will be dictated by everything that comes up on the patient's level:

- The physiological level (I may be led, if the person allows me, to use therapy balls or various accupressure accessories, or even my hands to manipulate and stimulate Trigger points, with a minimum of force) to release physical tensions, fascia adhesions, and reduce (or even eliminate) physical pain. I can also suggest yoga-based tools.

- The energetic level with Access Bars tools.

- The psycho-emotional level with NERTI.

- Treatment of stress, sleep and everything that affects our cognitive capacities, thanks to the use of KASINA, which is now the most advanced Hypno-Stimulator, using sound and light to stimulate the brain and lead it into an altered state of consciousness. I can also offer you a session of Bio-Dynamic Relaxation.
