This workshop is offered by Yin and Out, Yalikha Turmel, naturopath.
Pilates is an excellent way to prevent injury and promote recovery. It can also be used, for example, to continue reathletizing after a completed rehabilitation program, or to avoid stress-induced urinary leakage, in conjunction with work done with the physiotherapist.
