Looking for a refreshing activity? Canyoning is a fun activity that will open the doors to a mineral universe where sensations rhyme with wild beauty. Abseiling down waterfalls, jumping and sliding down natural slides are the spice of an adventure that will have you following the path of the water. This particular universe, sometimes silent, sometimes tumultuous, between rock, shadow and light, will leave you with a fabulous perfume of adventure and freedom. Descents, jumps, natural slides and abseils make canyoning a fun activity for the whole family from age 10 upwards (conditions permitting). Guides from the Bureau des Guides de Morzine-Avoriaz offer this half-day activity in the magnificent Nyon canyon, 2 km from the center of Morzine-Avoriaz. Departures take place every day, morning and afternoon, from July 1 to August 31 (possible from June 1 to September 30 by prior arrangement): meet at the canyon entrance for departure, where the guide will fit you out (please bring a pair of sneakers for the water).
