Nordic skiing allows you to work all your muscles gently. The Peisey-Vallandry ESF instructors.
They offer you the two techniques that exist in cross-country skiing:
Skating: a technique similar to roller skating or ice skating on the smooth surface of the track.
Classic cross-country skiing: skiing with a hold under the sole in the parallel tracks of the piste.
