Tour of the Alpine meadow with an explanation of how the Beaufort AOP cheese is made. Guided tours in July and August of the herds and the manufacture of the Beaufort cheese, on Thursdays from 2 - 5pm.
Production of Beaufort AOP and Sérac cheeses, butter and goat's cheeses.
