These must-try dishes, part of the world culinary walk of fame, resonate in the imagination of gourmets around the world.
Mythicized, dreamed… French cuisine has always been able to reinvent itself. At the Altitude restaurant, we offer our contemporary interpretations of these dishes.
Guillaume Duchemin and Davide Sessa offer dishes that are part of the history of the great French culinary tradition. The desserts, also imagined as a tribute to this historic but so lively cuisine, are signed Sébastien Vauxion.
