Passing through the bois du Ban forest, the trail joins the sunny Vallon de Praméruel, the ideal place to stop and contemplate the open landscape.
From the totem pole, follow signs for "Plan du Vah", cross the Cospillot ski run, and go down the "Sentier Sandraz".
At the end of the path, turn right up the Praméruel valley to La Cave.
C - RETURN ITINERARY
From Praméruel, backtrack to take the second trail on your left, the Pralong forest path.
From Pralong, go down to the centre of the resort following the Bellecôte ski slope by the A itinerary or by taking a free shuttle.
C' - ALTERNATIVE RETURN TRAIL VIA THE CHEMIN DES BÛCHERONS
From Praméruel, take the first path on your left while going down, the chemin des Bûcherons.
From Pralong, go down to the centre of the resort following the Bellecôte ski slope via the A itinerary or by taking a free shuttle.
