Qualificazione al Freeride World Tour 4**** & Junior 3*** Bonneval sur Arc

Bonneval sur Arc once again hosts the Freeride World Tour Qualifier & Junior. With its challenging slopes, wide-open spaces and snowfall that regularly reaches a cumulative height of 10 meters, Bonneval sur Arc is a veritable freeride nugget. The best freeriders meet up off-piste to make the best run and try to qualify for the Freeride World Cup.

Two competitions are on the program for maximum runs and spectacle: one reserved for adults and one open to juniors. The Junior competition is rated 3 stars (entry reserved for experienced riders who have already scored points on the freeride circuit).

While the Qualifier competition is upgraded to 4 stars this year: the Freeride World Tour Qualifier is an international circuit that enables the best riders to qualify for the Freeride World Tour, the global benchmark for freeride skiing and snowboarding. Competitions are ranked from 1* to 4*, according to difficulty, importance and points awarded. A 4* event is :

- The highest level of the qualifying circuit

- International riders among the best in their category

- Technical, challenging terrain reserved for experienced freeriders

- Maximum points to qualify for the Freeride World Tour Challenger, the last step before the Freeride World Tour Pro.

Unlike 1* to 3* events:

- 1* competitions are often local, open to amateurs or young talent

- 2* and 3* events are more demanding, attracting semi-professional riders.

- But only the 4* event brings together the elite of the qualifying circuit, in an atmosphere worthy of the world's greatest competitions.
