Guillaume is a producer of red berries, orchard fruit and beekeeping. In his on-farm laboratory, he transforms his harvest in the traditional way, in copper basins: jams, jellies, coulis, fruit jellies and vinegars.
The wild berries and plants processed on site are all picked in the Bugey mountains. Products are sold directly from the farm for processed fruit and beehive products, and in season for fresh fruit.
Guillaume is also a beekeeper. The bees gather the best spring flowers on the fruit plots, and are moved as the blossoms change: acacia, lime, forest, mountain and then marsh.
Animated tasting tours of the farm are available for school groups, associations and works councils, and can also be booked in advance.
Possibility of discovery stays on the farm with picking, fruit processing according to traditional recipes, bed and breakfast accommodation and meals on site.
Processed fruit can also be found in local shops (Patur'ain in Château Gaillard, Saveurs Paysannes in Crémieu and Bocal in Saint Sorlin en Bugey) or at special events markets.
