When penguins start appearing all over his small town, wreaking havoc along the way, young Aoyama realizes there's something to investigate.
This studious fourth-grader, accompanied by his best friend, also enlists his chess rival and an enigmatic dental assistant to unravel the secret of the penguins. But the penguins are only the first sign of a series of extraordinary events. And so begins an adventure full of surprises... and penguins!
