Shape up walks
Enjoy the great outdoors and discover how to walk with easiness. Gentle movement and breathing to tone up deep muscle tissues, revive and revitalize and prepare to take to the ski slopes.
Private outing only with Eliane, your mountain leader and Nordic walking instructor.
