Cocktail art and "live" musical programming, Le 8611 brings its guests every evening where the sweet notes of live music resonate with the spicy flavors of a Maison cocktail. During teh day and until 11pm, it welcomes chefs Guillaume Duchemin and Julien Vocanson's snacks to share some exeptional snacks in a friendly atmosphere. Then at tea time, it is the turn of the creations of pastry chef Sebastien Vauxion to enter the scene to give the sweetness of a winter day a delicious sweet note.
