In each session, we offer you a unique inner journey, combining several complementary practices carefully selected for their soothing and restorative properties:

Sophrology guides you through positive visualization and dynamic relaxation exercises to release mental tension, build self-confidence, and restore a state of deep, lasting calm.

Mindful breathing is at the heart of every session. Learning to breathe properly means learning to regulate your emotions, deeply oxygenate your body, and naturally activate the nervous system’s state of relaxation. A simple, powerful tool accessible to everyone.

Guided relaxation takes you into a state of total letting go, through gentle visualizations and progressive relaxation techniques that release the body muscle by muscle, thought by thought.

Yoga gently complements this experience with simple, accessible poses focused on mobility, balance, and the connection between the body and the breath. No performance, just presence.

Together, these four practices form a cocoon of complete well-being that works on all levels: physical, mental, and emotional. At the end of each workshop, you’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and equipped with practical tools to use in your daily life.

In case of bad weather, the session isn’t canceled! It’s simply moved indoors.
