Aquabiking, cycling in the water!
Aquabiking is a choreographed course combining aquatic cycling and rhythmic music. The main objective is to improve cardiorespiratory capacity while strengthening muscles and effectively combating the various forms of cellulite. Each session focuses on slimming, with specific objectives adapted to the music (climbs, time trials, abs, arms, etc.).
