Royal forest of La Rousse
A royal forest as a backdrop for a little bike ride. Beautiful bridle paths in the shelter of grandiose trees in the heart of the Suran valley.
Take the road behind the village hall. Pass in front of the cemetery, at the intersection turn left towards La Rousse. Turn right on the road to Bourg for a few meters and left on the forest road. At the edge of the road turn left and the forest road left to return to the road of Bourg. Cross there and continue on the forest road. Under the EDF line, turn left. Take the path on the left before the edge and return to Simandre.
On the spot : restaurants, camping, hotel, grocery store, cheese shop, picnic area, hiking... .
