Brazilian dances are as rich in culture as vast as the country itself. A
blend of Amerindian, African and Portuguese influences comes from
these folkloric, popular rhythms and dances.
Embark on a musical and dancing trip !
The social and cultural life of Brazil is animated by live music and dance.
There are countless festivities all year long : village festivals,
processions and carnivals (each region has its own musical repertoire
and popular carnival dances).
Several dances will be taught : ciranda, maracatu, maculelê, coco, caboclinho, samba, forró and frevo.
According to legend, the Coco is a dance which involves tapping the
earth with your feet to prepare it for the construction of a house.
It's still danced mainly in the northeast of the country during the
festivities.
Samba is the ultimate Brazilian dance! Thanks to the
Carnival, it’s one of the most well-known dance in the world.

Open to everybody, beginners are welcomed. From 12 years old.
