Put on your snowshoes and enjoy a memorable outing in the exceptional setting of the isolated hamlet of Hauteville. A real nugget of our region, starting from Notre-Dame-du-Pré.
Every Saturday afternoon or on request for groups.
1/2 day walk - green level between 200 and 250 m ascent (from 9 years old)
The ‘abandoned’ hamlet of Hauteville is only accessible on foot.
Starting from Notre Dame du Pré, this is a bucolic walk along a charming itinerary.
Away from the big resorts, this is an unspoilt natural setting offering a remarkable view of the Lauzière massif and the Bellevilles valley.
Most of the walk takes place in woodland, ending on the snowfields of the village of Hauteville.
There is a lot of wildlife here in winter,
Your guide's advice will enable you to move around efficiently on snowshoes, both uphill and downhill. Learning how to use your snowshoes safely will give you maximum enjoyment.
Your guide will provide you with a hot drink during the hike.
