Guide dogs for the blind are allowed, without restriction. Dogs in baskets travel for free. For dogs that are not in baskets or weigh over 10kg, oxners must buy a travel ticket. Dogs weighing over 10 kg must wear a muzzle and be on a lead.
Children under 5 must be accompanied. For safety reasons, they may not remain in baby carriages. Groups of up to 10 people are only accepted if booked the day before by 12 p.m. online.
