Meet at the Lachat car park at 7.30 am and return to the car park by chairlift at the end of the lesson. Supervised by Alexia Vulliet, FIDHY certified yoga teacher. Mind to dress in a comfortable way and to bring a bottle of water and a carpet (carpet supplied if required). All levels accepted.
