Farmed using traditional techniques and pruned by hand, the Caveau d'Oncin vineyard preserves the family know-how instituted in 1925 by Benoît Dumont's great-grandfather. A tradition that continues on the 4ha of Bugey grape varieties.

The family will be delighted to show you the particularities of their grape varieties and the long history of their vineyards. Here, vines are cared for using ancestral techniques, such as spraying essential oils to combat certain parasites... Grab a glass, sit back and enjoy!

Le caveau d'Oncin, certified organic, produces around 1,200 bottles divided into 6 wine categories: Chardonnay du Bugey, Roussette de Montagnieu, Mondeuse de Montagnieu, Montagnieu méthode traditionnelle, Roussette d'antan, and Mondeuse rosé.
