9:15 am: Visit the Fromagerie du Val d’Aillon. Enter a fun, interactive museography. Play with your 5 senses and discover all the secrets of Bauges raw milk processing. A glass pyramid lets you see the cheese-maker at work molding the cheeses. The tour ends with a tasting of local cheeses.
10:45 am: Guided tour of Aillon-le-Jeune: discover this picturesque village, its heritage and its breathtaking scenery. From the church to the cutlery factory, via the dairy, immerse yourself in the history of the trades linked to alpine pastures, cheese and metallurgy.
12 pm: Traditional lunch in a restaurant in Aillon-le-Jeune.
2:30 pm: Discover Gaël Jacob’s artisanal chocolate factory in Lescheraines. With passion, he’ll introduce you to his craft and the art of chocolate. Let yourself be enchanted by his aromas and savor his gourmet creations.
4 pm: Stop off at the Mont Revard lookout. With its 3 bridges over the void, this belvedere offers a breathtaking 360° view of the Dauphiné, Jura and Mont-Blanc mountain ranges as well as Lac du Bourget.
5:30 pm: Return to Chambéry, end of the visits.
